To be honest, I think it might be the generic formula for L/V I dislike more than the ship itself, the whole "Bad boy falls for good girl who then cures him of said badness! Le gasp!" thing

Though this is, to an extent, what Logan/Veronica is, it's also so far from what Logan/Veronica is that it's kind of crazy. They're like the amazingly failed version of that where the good girl is actually just as fucked up as the bad boy and they end up slowly emotionally destroying each other while also being completely perfect for each other if they could just get their acts together.
