3) I'm pretty sure neither Colin nor Bradley has never actually seen a dumbwaiter before, leading to delusions about how large and/or comfortable they are. Bradley will probably try to cram himself in no matter HOW small it looks just to prove he can (leading to him inevitably getting stuck).
