YES BUT WATCHMEN IS SRSLY AWESOME. I was like, "Blah blah whatever, why is everyone freaking out about this?", but then I read it and understood. If you even remotely appreciate story construction, Watchmen is basically a perfectly constructed story. With reaaaally interesting characters and plot and awesome things and . . . yes. Whatever you're expecting from it, that's not it.

The line from trailer is basically on the first page of the graphic novel, and it makes sense in the context of the character who says it, but it's probably overused in the trailer. But it sounds very dramatic, I guess.
